Our products are shipped from Abu Dhabi, UAE and we deliver across all Emirates of the UAE.
Our delivery partner is the trusted Aramex and it’s a tracked delivery, with maximum delivery done in 2 days from the date of order.
VAT & Duties
VAT & Duties for the UAE are covered by moondune and you don’t have to pay any additional amount.
Order Cancellations
In case you change your mind regarding the purchase and want to cancel the order, please email us at care@moondune.co.
If your order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not allow returns or exchanges once delivered.
However, items may still be returned to us if you accidentally received the wrong item in your order, or if the item was received damaged. For such queries please drop an email at care@moondune.co and someone in our customer team will reach out to you within 48 hours of raising a complaint. Please bear with us as we’re a very lean team.
To be accepted by us and qualify for a return, all items in the order (including promotional or complimentary gift items received with the order) must be returned to us:
- Unaltered, unused and in their original condition (or the condition in which they were received by you from us).
- In their original packaging/box and with all brand and product labels/tags still attached.
- Accompanied by the original order confirmation.
- In case of damages, a photo of the damaged item should be shared within 24 hours of the delivery.
